Role Overview
The Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the nursing institution, while also extending support to other institutions within the group as required. The role ensures smooth functioning, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Institutional Administration
- Oversee and manage overall administrative operations of the institution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate academic and administrative processes, including admissions and record management.
- Supervise infrastructure, facilities, and campus services.
- Ensure proper maintenance of classrooms, laboratories, and common facilities.
- Support inspections, audits, and accreditation processes.
2. General Administration & Operations
- Supervise housekeeping, security, transport, and maintenance functions.
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operational efficiency across the campus.
- Manage vendors, service providers, and related contracts.
- Monitor administrative budgets and control operational costs.
3. Multi-Institution Coordination
- Provide administrative support to other institutions within the group when required.
- Assist in standardizing processes and implementing group-level policies.
- Facilitate coordination between different units of the organization.
4. Liaison & Compliance
- Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities, affiliating bodies, and external agencies.
- Ensure timely submission of reports, documentation, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain all licenses, approvals, and compliance records.
5. HR & Staff Coordination
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of administrative and support staff.
- Manage attendance, deployment, and performance monitoring of non-teaching staff.
- Address administrative staff concerns and ensure smooth workforce management.
6. Student & Facility Management
- Oversee student-related administrative services and grievance handling.
- Ensure proper functioning of campus facilities and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
7. Event & Operational Support
- Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, workshops, and institutional activities.
- Support internal and external programs with necessary administrative arrangements.
Skills & Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in educational institutions.

Technical Skills
